Waiting at gate to finally board 19.15 Man to Bfs flight. 5 or 6 #easyjet staff standing together on tarmac chatting, laughing & drinking. I know delay isn't their fault but it's not a great image, especially for customers who have been waiting hours.

Would be nice to see some sense of urgency... Maybe an acknowledgement that passengers in queue exist... Or, crazy idea here, #easyjet staff could actually talk to us & let us know what is happening.

@easyjet flights from Manchester all having long delays but no info or support provided. Seems they are waiting for shops & restaurants to close so they can safely issue food vouchers no-one can use.

@easyJet Stuck in Manchester waiting for 19.15 flight to Belfast. Info on boards NOT being updated. It estimates 20.10 & gate info at 19.40 - 20 mins later no gate number & no sign of boarding.

@TUIUK Thanks Jo. Waited ages then got email, notification from app & note from hotel front desk in last hour. Email says flight is 11am, app says it is at 11.30am 🤔 But all agree on same pickup time so we'll get to airport anyway...
