The flooring of the Anganwadi Centre in Khaspathar Village of Mahgawan Block, Godda District has been like this since 2016. There is no water facility and the toilet doesn't have a functioning drain.
Anganwadi Centres are the last mile facilities of maternal and child well being in our country. Children spend time at these facilities between the age of 3-6. Where do they sit, how do they wash their hands and where do the defecate?
