People forget, the whole AQ Khan fiasco happened because Iran snitched. It had a very realistic path to the bomb but instead of working with its head down, it went out and stabbed it's benefactor in the back. So did Gaddafi. What happened to them?
India did it's first nuclear test in 1974. By 1983, Pakistan had conducted it first cold test. That is the response time of 9 years, without oil cash.
What was Iran doing since it sold out AQ Khan in 2003? Nothing.
Palestine is a victim of Israeli aggression and genocide, but Iran is different. Iran is a nation state, it is not a victim but a player of the game. It knows what the game is and it knows what the rules are. It has resources at its disposal. It is hard to feel sorry for someone who just plays the game poorly. Feel really sad for the people of Iran though, who will have to live with the mistakes of their leaders.

Responding to Pakistan's model town killer and Mr. Badmash, Pakistan's Interior Minister.

I do not lobby for anyone or any country nor do I receive money from anyone for my tweets. I share my sincere personal views and concerns about Pakistan's triple crisis, which unfortunately isn't improving but intensifying.

These crises threaten to further impoverish and polarize the people of Pakistan. They also risk fragmenting the country, which would threaten regional and global security.

It is urgent that Pakistani leaders put their country first; agree on a roadmap based on obeying the country's Supreme Court decisions and democratic elections.

On Mr. Badmash, Pakistan has 100s of talented, patriotic, and law-abiding leaders who could serve as Minister of Interior. Why has Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharief given this key position to a man who has the blood of innocent Pakistanis on his hand, some 20 of them, among other crimes?

I ask. Why?

YouTube just alerted me of attempts being made from Pakistan to login into my YouTube Channel, it’s important for YouTube, Google, Facebook, Twitter and other global platforms to understand that Pakistani govts (that control police, FIA and regulatory bodies like PTA & PEMRA) are operating beyond the boundaries of national laws, courts & constitution and are violating every norm establishment by United Nations and international community since WWII - and are openly defying Supreme Court of Pakistan. This is a dangerous situation- unprecedented even in Pakistan’s disturbed history! People of Pakistan, its media and Pakistani diasporas need understanding and support of International Community!
Take an example: Caretaker govts in two large provinces (almost 170 million people out of 230/240 million population of whole Pakistan) came into existence as per country’s constitution to hold elections within 90 days but instead of holding elections, they have unleashed a reign of terror against people of these provinces.
These governments in Punjab & KP have lost all legal & constitutional legitimacy and are busy doing a massive crackdown against the helpless people of Pakistan.
As per opposition’s estimates almost 10,000 people have been arbitrarily arrested after events of May 9 - an event that increasingly looks suspicious and many fear that it was staged for political gains. For the first time in Pakistan’s history hundreds of women are in state prisons on political charges.
For reasons not fully understood, international community and key western govts are silent on the reign of terror, suppression of media and negation of fundamental rights! West is forgetting that defending these “fundamental values of freedom” has been West’s defining identity! There have been many failures - but West is identified with freedoms and understands that uncontrolled tyranny in one part of the world threatens the whole world!
