@UtilitaEnergy Unfortunately I have a live chat saying I’ll need to WAIT OVER 64 Minutes to speak to a customer service and I’ve been on the phone trying to get someone for over 45 minutes. I actually really really dislike this provider! you guys are awful!
@Hyperoptic I’m going to ask how do I go about cancelling my subscription. I’m out of contract - it’s taken &still counting over an hour to get through to someone. It’s always like this I haven’t got the time for this. Someone just sort me out so I can move on to another company.

@monzo continuing from my last message. We are so disappointed with the way your system is set up. Imagine the government requesting for these statements but the bank refuses to get back to you so now we have to start looking into taking Monzo to court or taking matters further.
@monzo I am absolutely furious my partner has tried to contact yourselves on numerous occasions in regards to 6 months bank statements being sent. All we keep getting is email a specific department which we have done many times but no reply or leave a message for a call back.
Im trying to figure out why Uber @Uber don’t charge drivers for cancelling rides. I’ve had 3 cancellations from these drivers. Im all the way pissed off. I have a baby with me in the rain. I actually hate that Uber please someone recommend me another cab/taxi company!
@UberEats you gave me a promotion that has not 1 store eligible to me. Please can someone explain why offer me a discount I can’t use? How does this entice thou to order?? It doesn’t,! Uber eats please refrain from sending such it’s giving hope when you offer no such thing.

Also @Uber@UberEats I had a promotion with a order I made but the restaurant cancelled the order you still took my money and my promotion I need this sorted since your customer support on the app does what it likes says resolved when I didn’t speak to anyone.
@Uber_Support@Uber I Will keep mentioning to people how awful you guys have been lately and to not invest in your business I’m trying to cancel my Uber 1 and I will keep using up the rest of my promotions then I’m done with Uber! Such a poor company and service.
