I have an active Claude Max 20x Monthly subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.

My subscription was renewed for a new billing period and I was charged EGP 12,999.99. The new subscription period is active and shows an expiration date of October 25, 2026

This really isn’t fair. I renewed my Claude Max 20x subscription for EGP 12,999.99, but my usage quota was never reset for the new billing cycle. Apple rejected my refund request, and I still haven’t received the service I paid for. @AnthropicAI @AppleSupport 👎
