Matthew Miller, former Biden State Department mouthpiece and full-time human spin cycle, just did something unthinkable: he told the truth.

Turns out Israel didn’t just fail to pursue peace; it actively sabotaged it. Over and over. And the U.S? It rolled over, played dead, and begged for a belly rub.

According to Miller, Israel spent the better part of last year derailing hostage deals that could have saved lives and possibly ended the war in Gaza. Not once. Not twice. Repeatedly.

When a 6-week ceasefire was on the table in 2024, Israel agreed - then immediately told Hamas, “We’re invading Rafah anyway.” Unsurprisingly, Hamas declined to sign a deal that guaranteed their neighborhoods would be flattened regardless.

This wasn’t a one-off. It was a pattern.

Every time the U.S came close to getting a hostage deal - including one that even Biden publicly pitched - Israel found a way to spike the ball into its own net. Leak a contradictory statement. Change a red line. Demand permanent control of Gaza real estate. You name it, they did it.

And yet, not once did the U.S say, “Enough.” Instead, they kept the charade going - Miller included - playing hype man for Netanyahu while he tanked every possible off-ramp.

Miller even admitted that the Biden team feared Israel would sabotage a peace plan again, so they tried to outmaneuver Netanyahu by announcing it first. That worked about as well as duct-taping a lion's mouth shut and hoping for the best. Within hours, Israel was leaking “corrections” to make Biden look like he had misrepresented the deal.

And guess what the U.S did? Smiled. Nodded. Wired more cash.

It gets better: Netanyahu told Miller directly that Israel will be “fighting this war for decades.” Not if needed. Not if provoked. As a plan. As a lifestyle choice. And, surprise! America gets to bankroll the hobby.

If you’re wondering what kind of “ally” lies to your face, screws up your negotiations, then humiliates your president on live TV - and still gets rewarded with bombs, money, and diplomatic cover - welcome to the U.S-Israel relationship. It’s not foreign policy. It’s foreign obedience.

And now that Miller’s safely out of office and no longer required to keep the mask on, he’s finally whispering the obvious - Israel never wanted peace, and the U.S never had the guts to demand it.

Remember, this guy stood at the State Department podium for months, parroting lines like “Israel is doing everything it can.” Now he’s casually admitting they were doing everything they could to stop a deal.

So what exactly was Miller doing all that time? Spoiler: not diplomacy. More like PR for a government hellbent on permanent war.

And still, he talks like he had no choice. As if the world's sole superpower had to sit there, get publicly pantsed by a foreign prime minister, and then say, “Thank you, sir, may I have another?”

It’s embarrassing. But more than that, it’s dangerous.

Because the war-for-decades plan isn’t just Netanyahu’s fever dream - it’s a debt America’s already signed up to pay. In bombs, in dollars, and yes, in blowback.

So the next time a U.S politician tells you they stand with Israel no matter what, remember what that actually means: No matter how many deals get wrecked. No matter how many hostages get abandoned. No matter how many lies get told. No matter how many civilians die. No matter how long it takes.

And if they’re telling you otherwise - don’t worry. They’ll admit it later.

Their pure bodies were crushed under thousands of tons of Israeli bombs and missiles, torn apart and scattered across the walls.

I urge you not to let chains silence you, nor borders restrain you. Be bridges toward the liberation of the land and its people, until the sun of dignity and freedom rises over our stolen homeland. I entrust you to take care of my family. I entrust you with my beloved daughter Sham, the light of my eyes, whom I never got the chance to watch grow up as I had dreamed.

I entrust you with my dear son Salah, whom I had wished to support and accompany through life until he grew strong enough to carry my burden and continue the mission.

I entrust you with my beloved mother, whose blessed prayers brought me to where I am, whose supplications were my fortress and whose light guided my path. I pray that Allah grants her strength and rewards her on my behalf with the best of rewards.

I also entrust you with my lifelong companion, my beloved wife, Umm Salah (Bayan), from whom the war separated me for many long days and months. Yet she remained faithful to our bond, steadfast as the trunk of an olive tree that does not bend—patient, trusting in Allah, and carrying the responsibility in my absence with all her strength and faith.

I urge you to stand by them, to be their support after Allah Almighty. If I die, I die steadfast upon my principles. I testify before Allah that I am content with His decree, certain of meeting Him, and assured that what is with Allah is better and everlasting.

O Allah, accept me among the martyrs, forgive my past and future sins, and make my blood a light that illuminates the path of freedom for my people and my family. Forgive me if I have fallen short, and pray for me with mercy, for I kept my promise and never changed or betrayed it.

Do not forget Gaza… And do not forget me in your sincere prayers for forgiveness and acceptance.

.@WHO’s staff residence in Deir al Balah, #Gaza, was attacked three times today as well as its main warehouse.

Israeli military entered the premises, forcing women and children to evacuate on foot toward Al-Mawasi amid active conflict. Male staff and family members were handcuffed, stripped, interrogated on the spot and screened at gunpoint.

Two WHO staff and two family members were detained. Three were later released, while one staff remains in detention.

32 WHO staff and family members were evacuated to the WHO office once access became possible.

WHO demands the immediate release of the detained staff and protection of all its staff.

The latest evacuation order in Deir al Balah has affected several WHO premises, compromising our ability to operate in Gaza and pushing the health system further towards collapse.

WHO’s main warehouse located in Deir al Balah is within the evacuation zone, and was damaged yesterday when an attack caused explosions and a fire inside.

With the main warehouse nonfunctional and the majority of medical supplies in Gaza depleted, WHO is severely constrained in adequately supporting hospitals, emergency medical teams and health partners, already critically short on medicines, fuel, and equipment.

WHO urgently calls on Member States to help ensure a sustained and regular flow of medical supplies into Gaza.

As the lead agency for health, compromising WHO’s operations is crippling the entire health response in Gaza.

A ceasefire is not just necessary, it is overdue.
