This ONE Adjustment Makes Zone Coverage Play 10x Better in #CollegeFootball27 🔥
Instead of sitting back and reacting, your zones become much more aggressive attacking routes.
That means:
🏈 Flats and hooks jump short throws much faster.
🏈 Deep zones do a much better job locking onto crossers and corner routes.
How to turn it on:
1️⃣ Hold LT/L2
2️⃣ Press Down on the D-Pad
Why it works:
Default zones often give up easy corner routes and underneath completions.
On Aggressive, your outside corners sink with corner routes, while your hook curls sit much tighter over the middle to take away concepts like returns and other easy chain-moving throws.
The tradeoff is that aggressive zones can technically be beaten deep, but right now most quarterbacks don't have the arm talent to consistently punish it before your pass rush gets home.

The 2003-04 Detroit Pistons weren’t just good defensively, they were HISTORIC.
They held opponents under 70 points 11 times, including 5 straight games!
LOCKDOWN 🔒
Dont start your dynasty in CFB 27 yet. The player progression is still in shambles.
Simulated 4 years on 300xp, casual setting and went from 111 players rated 90 ovr down to 45 with the highest being a 93 🤣🤣
They gotta be messing with us, right?
i am so confused right now. as of 1:30pm EST today, i can say:
* EA reduced the number of forgotten four stars from a TON to under 5ish
* EA reduced total 4-stars from ~400 to ~300
* EA reduced total 3-stars from ~1400 to ~900
* EA increased total 2-stars from ~1200 to ~1800
but then also:
* i see no evidence that today's players are progressing more year over year?
* i see no evidence that new recruits have better dev traits?
* i see no evidence that 'today's recruits' are stronger than the 'recruits from before the patch'
So that means that:
* yes, players are no longer going unsigned
but
* are we sure more 4-stars and 3-stars are getting signed? or are we just generating less players?
very confused, especially given that we were supposed to see 'Adjusted offseason player progression to increase across the board' - where is that?
One of the biggest recruiting changes in the latest CFB 27 Dynasty update may have flown under the radar.
Full credit to @wcrb15 for datamining and uncovering this information.
CPU teams now recruit outside their top pipelines more often, creating more competition for overlooked recruits.
EA reduced the number of generated 3★ and 4★ recruits while increasing 2★ recruits.
The result:
Fewer hidden gems
More competition for quality recruits
Mid-tier schools will have a much tougher time as talent becomes more scarce.
How this impacts you….
At least for now, Online leagues will deal with more scarcity issues with the top tier talent, specifically the 4 and 3 star gems.
I think they will further tune this again after all this feedback. They basically said before this update that they will tweak, listen and then tweak again.
Irish actor Brenda Fricker has passed away aged 81.
She was best known for her Oscar-winning role in ‘My Left Foot’ and for playing the Central Park pigeon lady in ‘Home Alone 2.’
Hilarious: Ed Reed says Troy Polamalu picked his brain at the Pro Bowl:
"He was like, man, let me pick your brain. I like, man, whatever you want, Troy. I'll give you whatever, bro. What are you looking at? I said, I'm looking at you, Troy.”
😭😭😭
Post CFB 27 title update, CPU recruiting appears to be fixed. Recruits aren’t going unsigned like before, and the teams are filling out their recruiting boards much better. Remains to be seen how coach XP settings are functioning and long term impacts of these changes.

Our CFB 27 Recruiting Insight Engine uses a database of nearly 500,000 recruits (along with Bayesian Statistics) to narrow down the correct hard sell pitch well before the game tells you.
Knowing the correct hard sell while everyone else is still guessing is a huge advantage!
Nothing From #NBA2K26 Transfers To #NBA2K27… And I Think That’s One Of The Biggest Missed Opportunities In The Entire Franchise
Every Year We Grind Hundreds…
Sometimes Thousands Of Hours…
We Make Multiple Builds…
Some Hit Legend…
We Earn Rewards…
We Spend VC…
Then A New Game Releases…
And We Start Over At 60 Overall Like None Of It Ever Happened…
As A Loyal Player Who Buys NBA 2K Year After Year, That Can Be One Of The Most Demotivating Parts Of Playing Year Round.
Other Sports Games Already Reward Returning Players.
In Madden Ultimate Team And NBA 2K MyTEAM, Completing End Of Year Challenges Can Unlock Rewards That Carry Into The Next Game
Why Can’t MyCAREER Have Something Similar?
I’m Not Saying Every Build Should Fully Transfer…
But I Do Think Loyal Players Should Be Rewarded For The Time They’ve Invested.
Imagine Earning Things Like:
- Exclusive Clothing, Jerseys, Or Accessories That Carry Over Every Year.
- Veteran Nameplates, Banners, Emblems, Or Account Badges Showing How Long You’ve Played 2K.
- Unique Celebrations, Emotes, Intros, Or Animations Exclusive To Returning Players.
- XP Boosts Or Rep Bonuses For Completing Certain Milestones In The Previous Game.
- Exclusive Cosmetic Rewards That Can Never Be Earned Any Other Way.
Or Take It Even Further…
Imagine A Transfer Mode.
Not A Full Build Transfer…
But If You Maxed Out A Build In #NBA2K26, You Could Choose ONE Build To Carry Into #NBA2K27 As A 75–85 Overall Instead Of Starting At 60 Again!
You’d Still Have To Upgrade It…
You’d Still Have To Earn Badges…
You’d Still Have To Grind…
But Your Loyalty Would Actually Mean Something!
That Would Encourage Players To Stay Active Throughout The Entire Year Instead Of Quitting Mid Year.
It Would Also Make Creating Multiple Builds Feel Like An Investment Rather Than Something That Gets Deleted Every September.
The More We Reward Long-Term Players…
The More People Will Continue Investing Their Time Into The Builder.
Loyalty Should Be Rewarded.
I Truly Believe Some Type Of MyPLAYER Legacy Or Transfer System Would Be One Of The Best Features 2K Could Ever Introduce To #NBA2K27 💯
EA just dropped their first title update for CFB 27.
Claimed the new Coach XP Speed Settings would go live for both Online and Offline Dynasty, with commissioners controlling it in Online leagues.
But it looks like the change only hit Offline leagues. Online Dynasties still only have Slowest, Slow, Normal.
Was this an oversight, or is it just not live yet? Anyone seeing anything different? @CFBDirect
📽️ The Blind Side (2009) 🔥🔥🔥
🍿🍿🍿🍿
“Time For Him To Go Home, Coach” 🏈
In this powerful scene, Coach Cotton stands up for Michael (Quinton Aaron) during a tough football game. When things get rough on the field, the coach fiercely defends his player, showing the protective bond that has formed between them. It’s a great moment highlighting loyalty, protection, and the impact of having someone in your corner.
Did you know that Quinton Aaron gained over 50 pounds to play Michael Oher? He worked hard to physically transform for the role to accurately portray the real-life offensive lineman.
Starring:
- Sandra Bullock as Leigh Anne Tuohy
- Quinton Aaron as Michael Oher
- Tim McGraw as Sean Tuohy
