#مصر 🇪🇬 | ترحب هيومينا بقرار إخلاء سبيل الصحفي والمدوّن المصري محمد إبراهيم رضوان، المعروف بمحمد أكسجين، بعد سنوات من الحبس.

تعود وقائع احتجازه إلى عام 2019، حين بدأ مسار طويل من الحبس والتدوير على خلفية عمله الصحفي وتعبيره السلمي. ورغم صدور قرار سابق بإخلاء سبيله، لم يُنفذ، واستمر احتجازه على ذمة قضايا متعاقبة، حتى بعد انتهاء مدة العقوبة المحكوم بها عليه.

ويعكس هذا المسار نمطًا مقلقًا من استخدام الحبس المطول والتدوير كأدوات لإبقاء الصحفيين وأصحاب الرأي رهن الاحتجاز، بما يمس مباشرة الحق في الحرية والأمان الشخصي وحرية التعبير.

ويمثل قرار إخلاء سبيل محمد أكسجين اليوم خطوة مستحقة ومهمة، بعد سنوات من الاحتجاز على خلفية عمله الصحفي وتعبيره السلمي.

وتؤكد هيومينا أن قرار اليوم، رغم أهميته، لا يلغي الحاجة إلى إنهاء احتجاز الصحفيين والمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان وأصحاب الرأي المحتجزين على خلفية نشاطهم السلمي، ووقف استخدام الحبس المطول والتدوير كأدوات لتقييد حرية التعبير والعمل العام.
