@TfL hi, is there any service on the trams from Beckenham junction? The boards say delayed but is this a "short delay a tram will be there soon" or "there's no service for the foreseeable"?
@Argos_Online hi, I collected a ps5 this evening and when I got it back to the car noticed that the bottom of the box is damaged and filthy. I've tried to ring your customer services and use the online chat but no help. I just want to swap it for an undamaged one, not refund

@easyJetholidays hi, I'm trying to check in for my holiday 15th-18th September and it says my flight home has been cancelled and I've been put on a MUCH earlier flight home. When I click manage disruption or manage flights it asks me to log in and says wrong details! Please help
@BupaUK have tried to call at various times of the day over 3 days to get authorisation for GP recommended consultant appt, been on hold each time no answer. Longest wait was over an hour. Tried to do the request online but received a message via egress that I can't open!?

@British_Airways hi, can you please help and explain why my family, booked same flight next fri and same class can now reserve their seats free of charge whereas on our booking we still have to pay up to £30 PER seat (which by the way is absurb and extortionate) many thanks
