Everyone is arguing about whether AI will take our jobs. But the real shift isn't economic, it's psychosocial.
We aren't facing a "Terminator" future. We’re facing a "Path of Least Resistance" future.

@Rodchats31@tawandan1 It's an SCAM. Calling this "revolutionary" is an insult. It's a revolutionary way for bank to get u to pay for their asset while they retain control & charge u usurious interest. True empowerment is transparent ownership, not a convoluted scheme that ensures you're paying 4ver
@tawandan1 The "Rent Credit" is a scam. The scheme suggests one can use "your" $250 of the rent to reduce your installment. But that's not your money; it's money you are paying them. They are just applying a portion of your own rental payment back into your loan. Circular transaction
@tawandan1 18% Interest is Predatory. An 18% annual interest rate is crippling, not empowering. This ensures the vast majority of the monthly payment goes to interest, not equity, keeping one indebted to the bank for years.
@tawandan1 1. To Pay Rent on the Share I ALREADY OWN. This is the most egregious part. If I buy 50% of a $75k house, I have invested $37,500. I now own 50%, but you are forcing me to pay rent for the other half. This is the opposite of ownership.
The best people are not looking for jobs. They are already doing well where they are. Job adverts mostly attract people who are already on the market, not those you really want.
To get top talent, you have to headhunt. That is how you reach strong performers, senior managers, and executives.
When a client gives us exclusive rights to a role, we focus on headhunting. But it only works if the pay package is clear. You cannot convince a top candidate to move without showing what is on the table.
If you want the best, posting adverts is not enough. You need a search, and that search must come with a package that matches the level of talent you are after.
