@NatalkaKyiv Love your stories.
One time I went to bakery and bought some cinnamon swirl scones and gave them to my six year old son. He looked at me, eyes wide with amazement, and asked, "Are they made from real squirrels?"
@tavi_chocochip@piloly It's always surprised me that Japan didn't have a larger effort to switch to electric vehicles since it has to import most of its fossil fuels.
@LimitingThe I'm certainly not siding with Dan O'dowd on this, but I think the point was, the car should have stopped at the front of the school bus and not even entered that zone to hit the mannequin.
@ChickadeeChai@AlGhouti2@nerdalert Agreed with your stance on the impact of FSD on the auto insurance market. The better it gets, the smaller the auto insurance market gets.
@thejefflutz@CNN@DOGE Thanks for the advice. I've never seen the "bullsh it" way of avoiding foul language in a post!
Is it a verb?
"Jeff, how do you avoid foul language in your posts?"
"Oh, it's easy, I just bullsh it!"
@kitt_2020@rohanspatel Those are good points, but I think you also have to consider that the EV market was starting from a very small base during Trump's term in office.
Maybe after it becomes substantially better, it becomes a part of Tesla insurance and hence "free", with the stipulation that it must be engaged all the time, or insurance rates go up. Tesla would likely be able to raise the insurance rates because the FSD benefit clearly provides some driver "quality value", for example.
taking the mental strain off of long drives, etc.
