My wife works in a PSU bank, and watching her daily, tired after hectic work.
a 5day work week was already agreed just needs implementation!
They are even sacrificing their daily salary to strike for it, knowing well that daily hours will increase to compensate.

If govt. Employees do strike, Govt. Can't deduct the salary.
Check it.
In banks you will not need to pay bribe to get your work done.
But people will take them granted.
Whereas other govt. Offices people will beg the officers
