@GWRHelp can you please clarify why the 13:48 train from London to Carmarthen on the Friday before half term has only 5 carriages? Many people are having to stand for 3+ hour journeys after paying at least £50 (probably much more) for a ticket. It’s really not acceptable.

@mintycrumbs So sorry to hear this Afsa, this happened to me a couple of months ago before going on a choir tour. Here's what worked 5 days before:
- Steam inhalations with menthol crystals daily
- Not speaking at all
The latter was very difficult but very effective! Get well soon!
