RBC cast, waxy cast, and tubular epithelial cells - brightfield, with Prescott-Brodie stain - thanks to @rmohty who has resurrected this stain which was originally described in 1964! - Very useful for differentiating WBC's from tubular epithelial cells. Note the dark blue staining of the WBC nuclei while the tubular epithelial cell stains weakly pink - #UrinarySediment #UrineMicroscopy
