@therealbrom How psychedelics+5htRs actually induce altered neuronal activity patterns leading to altered cognition (tripping), how those changes are dose-dependent (type of trip), and whether those patterns underlie differences in long-term neuronal plasticity (and therapeutic effects)

@therealbrom Yeah true, though binding~=downstream effect. Anyway, too bad that mushrooms seems to be the microdosing drug of choice these days, LSD with it's incredibly long 2a K-off would appear to be a more natural choice
