The reason the tax burden is so high on top earners is BECAUSE the wealth hoarders pay very little (if any) tax on their unearned income.

That would have still been an offence under the same regulation (3.4) that applied to Leeds/Bielsa.
It could still have seen them ejected from the play-offs if the IDC had so decided.

Boro were reinstated due to the fact Southampton cheated.

@the_bonnfire He was aware it had occurred. Everyone knew by that point. The question is why players don't know the rules and regulations of the sport they make a living from. He should have known the severity of the situation. At the very least he should have asked someone (his agent?).

@alexdoesbits @kouroubetos @slbsn Spying isn't fine 72 hours + 1 minute beforehand though. Where is this idea coming from? The Bielsa punishment under rule 3.4 would still apply in that situation. The 72 hours is to prevent spying on the most crucial training sessions with direct relation to the coming match.

@henrywinter Not complicated really. If it hits his arm first then it's not handball because it came from a teammates kick and hands are in natural position (not a 'touch'). If it hit his thigh first then he's fine - UNLESS he scores directly - which he doesn't. See, not complicated at all...

I'd still like a single source of truth for the rules as being used by officials though.

The old handball rule had an 'except when' clause but neither of the 25/26 rules do.
Why can't fans expect a match to be officiated according to one version of the LotG?
