The numbers are in for 2027: Medicare Advantage and Part D premiums are expected to remain stable or decline across key areas of the programs.

The numbers speak for themselves:

➡️ Medicare Advantage premiums ↓ 16.5%
➡️ Prescription drug premiums in MA plans ↓ 38%
➡️ 97% of beneficiaries will have access to 10+ MA plans
➡️ About 8 in 10 MA beneficiaries can remain in their current plan with the same or a lower premium

Despite misleading claims and fear mongering over ending subsidies to insurers, the facts tell a different story: average stand-alone Part D premiums are projected to rise by less than $1 per month.

Beneficiaries will continue to have broad choice and access to affordable Medicare coverage in 2027.
