99% of fitness info I see doesn't focus on what actually works:
1. Hydrating well
2. Strength training
3. Getting enough sleep
4. Eating a whole food diet
Too many 'hacks'.
Not enough of the basics.
In sprinting, the effect of aerobic training is mostly seen after the race. Aerobically fit athletes will “clear” lactate faster than unfit ones. This makes a big difference with multiple races in a day.
The curve doesn’t end at the peak!
Pierre Poilievre is living the lifestyle of the rich and famous.
Private Chefs. Multi-million dollar estates. Caviar dreams.
And @CharlieAngusNDP has some thoughts.
Alberta: “We need to fight Ottawa tooth and nail for a better deal!!!!”
Also Albertans: “Just give the billionaire NHL owner a billion dollars of tax money so he can continue to profit off taxpayers while living in Switzerland and not paying taxes.”
This province is nuts.
My summer agenda for a better future:
✅Bill 1: Cap your power bills and auto insurance, freeze tuition, accelerate $10/day childcare
✅Bill 2: Repeal the job-killing Sovereignty Act and eliminate small business tax
✅Bill 3: Legislate to protect your CPP
Let's do this!
