Have been trying to contact customer support to get the refund. The refund is stuck for 6 months now. What will it take for actual customer support.
The airlines have issued a refund but no amount is credited in wallet or anywhere.

What a terrible customer support of @Zoomcar_India . The host denied the vehicle last minute. Customer support asked me to cancel and now my refund is stuck. No reply to emails and grievance email is invalid.This is worst of the experiences @morang

I haven’t had this kind of experience with amazon, tailing them for my refund for almost a month now. The most frustrating process ever. The customer service not in sync, one says something the other one says something else. @amazonIN Pathetic service.
