Dear PNBians you are so lucky to have leaders in your bank. Ask others, they are so eager to join Krishna Kumar but they can’t. Had he been the leader the strike would not have deferred at any cost. We Unions are meant for trade union activities and not transfer and promotion postings. Once you will come out from fear of transfer after leaving your union , then only you can strengthen the cause. You all should leave your union and join AIPNBOF in masses.

AIBOC has completely failed in maintaining work life balance and is the real culprit for this status of officers, who are deprived of their holidays, work overtime everyday without any perks.

AIBOC leadership agreed to receive an overtime of Rs 250/- in lieu of overtime if officer works beyond 9 PM and otherwise it is normal if they work for 8-8:30 everyday. AIBOC is the reason why you work for late hours every day, why you are called on Saturday and Sundays with just Rs 2000 while an employee should get atleast double salary for working on Holiday. Only @kmarkri has written to management against this practice of calling officers on holiday and has sought a compensation of double the salary .

See the difference, chose your leadership wisely !

रिटेलर खरीदते हैं 600 में और MRP है 12000.

एक मरीज को कई बार 20-30 vial की ज़रूरत पड़ती है ।

और ये कोई एक दवाई की बात नहीं ।
कीमोथेरेपी की ज़्यादातर दवाइयों का यही हाल है ।

200% मार्जिन भी समझ में आता है लेकिन 1900% margin??
वो कैंसर जैसी बीमारी में , जिसका इलाज वैसे भी काफ़ी लंबा चलता है??

Odisha govt rejects Bajrang Dal member Dara Singh's plea for release from prison in 1999 murder of Australian missionary Graham Staines, 2 sons.
Below are the details on the crimes by Bajrang Dal member Dara Singh.

Dara Singh was found guilty of burning alive the Australian missionary Graham Staines and his two sons while they were asleep inside a jeep in Odisha in 1999.

The Graham Staines murder wasn't the only case Dara Singh was guilty of... In another case from Sep 1999, he got a life sentance for leading the mob that set fire to a church. When the catholic priest Father Arul Das tried to flee the burning building, he was killed with an arrow. Dara Singh got another life sentance for beating a Muslim garment trader Shaikh Rehman and burning him to death. On 26 November 1999 more than 20 men armed with machetes attacked Shaikh Rahman, beating him and severing his hands. Dara Singh chased him and struck him repeatedly with an axe. Rahaman was subsequently dragged to his shop and set ablaze with kerosene, dying that night from multiple injuries and burns. His body was then set alight and incinerated to prevent his family members from recovering it, and his garment stall was also set on fire. Both convictions were upheld by the Orissa High Court in 2022.

Dara Singh often intercepted trucks transporting cows to West Bengal, releasing the animals and setting the trucks on fire. All his targets were Muslim truck drivers.

FIR is an allegation. Not a conviction. And the Supreme Court has repeatedly said it clearly … the power to arrest is NOT the necessity to arrest.

In Arnesh Kumar case , the Court said police must ask three basic questions …

Why arrest?
Is it necessary?
What purpose will it serve?

So the same logic applies here…
The alleged “evidence” is a social media video. It is already public. So why the 2:35 AM arrest?

Was he going to delete a video that thousands had already seen? Destroy evidence sitting on the internet? Flee the country?

Or was arrest simply the easiest thing to do once the FIR was filed? Or was it an ego satisfying exercise of power?

Article 21 matters. Personal liberty is not a favour the State grants … it is a constitutional right.

Article 22 matters too. It exists precisely to protect citizens from arbitrary arrest and detention.

But who cares about Article 21 and Article 22 when politicians allegedly weaponise the police to silence critics, settle political scores and satisfy their egos?

The very politicians who claim to be the “saviours of the Constitution” are accused of using the machinery of the State against those who question them.
