@DCBBank After following up for 2 days, This guy named Sagar is telling me that from today onwards OTP service for Add Beneficiary is discontinued, Please confirm this so that I can think to continue or discontinue DCB for my current account. (2/2)

@DCBBank I am receiving all emails from DCB for Access Alert, for Transaction OTP but not for Add Beneficiary OTP.
But for Add Beneficiary I was not receiving OTP on my email, Mobile OTP I could not access due to phone gone for repair, this was my problem. (1/2)
