The Optics Club at UC Davis participated in the CITRIS-INSPIRE workshop last week! Our team helped teach students the basics of light diffraction and used laser pointers to measure the width of their hair. @UCDavisCOE@UCDavisECE@UCDavisBME.
It was so much fun organizing Laser Maze at the UC Davis Picnic Day, on behalf of the UC Davis Optics Club @OpticsUCDavis. Thank you Randy @carney_lab and all the volunteers for the excellent support! Many more to come! :)
Attendees were able to play with our AI computer vision demo - similar to how we train algorithms to detect cancerous tissue during interventional procedures
