People get fined for overspeeding, wrong parking, no seatbelt and many other violations.
But no government official is ever punished for robbing citizens of their basic dignity on the road.
@alashshukla@UCOBankOfficial You peoples are provided with good AC car, home near to office ( Employees work, you enjoy) do you travelled by bus or two wheeler during peak traffic hours in the morning?? Did you have travelled without food at night returning home...
@alashshukla@UCOBankOfficial@UCOBankOfficial I guess your Chennai Zonal Head to be trained about "How to be Human with empathy" special class.. Currently seems he is showing signs of indications of being deficient of human decency.. assuming your bank is managed by decent humans.. Am i wrong ?🙏😎
Don't harass an employee so much that there is no option left for him. This is horrible to see the note. @DFS_India@bankofbaroda@PMOIndia kindly investigate the issue thoroughly and grant justice to the employee.

Doosro ke liye gyan har deshwasi pe hai yaha.
Pitabas Jena, General Secretary of the Association of Odisha Grameen Bank Officers (AOGBO), told Kanal, "The branch manager acted strictly within the framework of government rules by requesting a death certificate — there was no intention whatsoever to deny service to the elderly customer. However, the act of bringing skeletal remains to the branch premises was deeply unfortunate. It created an avoidable controversy that has unfairly damaged the reputation of both the bank and the officer concerned. AOGBO stands firmly in support of the officer and appeals to the public to refrain from drawing conclusions without understanding the full context of what transpired."

Outrage is trending. Facts are not.
In the recent Odisha incident, a man walked into a bank with a skeleton demanding money, but the real story isn’t drama, it’s discipline.
No nominee.
No documents.
No compliance.
Yet the spotlight is on mocking bank staff instead of asking:
👉 Should banks start handing over money without verification?
👉 Who will be blamed when frauds explode tomorrow?
We want strong systems when we are victims… but shortcuts when we are beneficiaries.
You can’t demand safety and bypass the rules at the same time.
Bankers are not villains. They are the last line protecting YOUR money.
If following due process becomes “inhuman,” then be ready for a system where nothing is secure.

@PunsterX It's not Bank but Local Authority completed the formalities of issuing the death certificate, bank was asking same. No deviation in rules done.
@SatyaPrNayak Hello @TheOfficialSBI
my brother @SatyaPrNayak passed away due to anexity, so transfer all his deposit on my name., Plz don't ask any document that if he really died or he's by brother, else he'll die again.
Yours faithfully

🚨 Everyone is busy attacking the bank for “not releasing money”
But where is the outrage on the real failures?
👉 Why did the State machinery fail to issue a death certificate on time
👉 Why was a citizen forced into such an extreme situation just to prove a death
👉 Why is there silence on how alcohol driven behavior keeps creating such breakdowns in public and institutional spaces
Banks operate on rules. They are bound by law.
No bank can hand over funds without proper documentation. That is not cruelty. That is compliance.
The real debate should be about governance failure and systemic gaps not blind outrage.
Instead, we choose the easiest target and ignore the root cause.
If institutions start bypassing rules under pressure, tomorrow the same people will question their integrity.
Accountability should be demanded from the right places not just the most visible ones.
@AndColorPockeT If Bank manager will handover money of your grandma to ur Dad, ur Uncle will come next to demand too, and then who will resolve the dispute, well then you were kid now a matured literate, know ur due diligence.
This @pnbindia doesn't even know that service conditions of Bankers are governed by awards & settlements.Para 14.3 of BPS dt 19/10/66 clearly states about recess hours. @rbi guidelines are frequently misinterpreted by jokers to spread misinformation @LabourMinistry@FinMinIndia
