@AshwiniBhide After the major fire incident, shocking photographs now show renovation/restaurant work has once again started inside the premises. If this work is being carried out without valid BMC, Fire Brigade and other statutory permissions, it must be stopped immediately.

Demand immediate STOP-WORK action, inspection and sealing of the premises if violations are found. Verify Fire NOC, Health/Trade Licence, electrical & structural safety and all operational permissions before allowing any activity.

The condition of the ceiling at Hinduhruday Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray @ Dream Park Udyan, Thakur Village, Kandivali East is extremely dangerous. Large portions have already collapsed, exposing internal structures.

This site was reportedly renovated with public funds (~₹12 crore), yet such hazardous deterioration is visible. Daily visitors, including senior citizens practicing yoga & meditation, are at direct risk.

If any major incident occurs, who will take responsibility for citizens’ safety?

Immediate structural audit, accountability, and urgent repairs are required before a tragedy happens.

This is the condition of water Pipeline which goes from Ganpati Tower Society,Thakur Village to "AC Sulabh Shauchalya" in Kandivali East Highway. Many complaints and no attention from BMC. GANPATI Tower Society wall is collapsing because of this.

Ticket SFO–IST–BOM was sold with 1h45m transit in Istanbul, but after payment IndiGo changed it to ~19 hour overnight layover. This is a material schedule change & clear misrepresentation of service.

Under DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), Section 3 Series M Part IV, passengers are entitled to a FULL REFUND for involuntary schedule changes of this magnitude.

Forcing passengers into an overnight transit requiring visa & hotel costs is unacceptable and violates international aviation passenger protection norms.

Requesting immediate 100% refund to original payment method.

If not resolved promptly, this matter will be escalated before @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @jagograhakjago @consaff @PMOIndia for regulatory action.
