The numbers don't lie, @TeamYouTube Here is the undeniable mathematical proof that our channel (125k subs, 87M views) is choked by a severe backend system flag/bug.
Jan–Jul: 159 Shorts, 14x MILLION+ hits, consistent high reach.
Since Aug: Hard sudden crash. 45 out of 71 Shorts are artificially capped under 100k views (mostly stuck at 30k–50k). September & October are a continuous wall of suppressed views.
This happens despite flawless audience metrics (e.g., Short-ID XRj_VxLI8wI has a phenomenal 91.9% retention rate!).
At the same time, our livestreams constantly disconnect due to a severe YouTube RTMP ingest server bug (see screenshot: "Connection cannot be established" despite perfect 5G reception), followed by a permanent server-side audio mute.
Our partner support completely fails to understand the technical issues and refuses to escalate. Please bypass the support wall and get this case to actual engineers!

First of all, I never asked for YOUR answers. I am tagging official @TeamYouTube for a technical infrastructure escalation, not looking for generic bs internet advice.
Second, your math is completely wrong. The video didn't organically drop after a test phase! The Shorts Feed traffic was locked at a broken 14.9% from the very start. 50% of the traffic came manually via WhatsApp because YouTube hid the video from our own subscribers' feeds.
"Go to TikTok/Instagram"? We are already there and highly successful. Since Jan, we built 57k followers on TikTok and 35k on Instagram from scratch. The niche is thriving and the audience loves Hazel. And what’s about all the other problems our channel faces besides the views that went from 10Mio - 15Mio every single month since the day we started the channel but suddenly ist down to 1Mio?! What’s with the livestream issues? The exact same hardware setup streams for hours on TikTok without a single drop. Our livestreams work flawlessly everywhere, except on YouTube, where a severe RTMP ingest bug cuts the connection and mutes our audio. And for our Views: a backend flag caps our reach. FACTS!

Please @TeamYouTube I’m crying every night and can’t sleep. My dog Hazel got sick and paralyzed almost two years ago. It’s a difficult life now. In January 2026 I startet a YouTube channel about my wheelchair dog and it went through the roof. 50k subs in under 10 weeks. 100k subs under 6 months. Life was better and we found a sense in all this pain we went through. But since August our YouTube channel @The_Amazing_Hazel went down. Short views mostly hard capped at 30k or 50k despite always retention 60-90%.. I need this youtube money to stay at home and care for my dog Hazel! But now everything goes down. 10Mio to 15Mio views every month before and now it goes lower every month. I gave all our analytics to nearly every AI model and they all came to the same conclusion: there must be some kind of false bot/-spam-flag or shadowban. Views/Monat zu den erfolgreichsten deutschen Newcomern 2026, zumindest in unserem Genre. Doch seit 2 Monaten zerstört ein massiver Systemfehler unsere Existenz (bereits über 2.000 € Verlust). Die views sind auf 4 Mio eingebrochen und sinken weiter!
