Nephrotic syndrome- speech is slurry coz patient stroked out.
Alcoholic hepatorenal cirrhotic-speech is slurry coz patient just had a bunch of booze

Depressing news in Small Cell Lung Cancer, a cancer where there has been almost no progress in 30+ years. But this is how Accelerated Approval should work: making an initially promising therapy available to patients until more definitive data become available. @FDAOncology
