కోర్టులో న్యాయవాదిగా ప్రాక్టీస్ చేసే హక్కు ఉండదు.
CoP లేకుండా లేదా చెల్లుబాటు కాకుండా ప్రాక్టీస్ చేస్తే, బార్ కౌన్సిల్ నియమాల ప్రకారం చర్యలు తీసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
