My elderly parents and their friends are on a train from York to Kings Cross on an @LNER train. Their initial train, with booked seats, was cancelled. My 80 year old dad and friend have been left standing. Not one person has offered them a seat. 🤬 #LNER

@LBC @NickFerrariLBC the government needs to sort out the current scheme for the H4U before they start opening it out. The support from local authorities for hosts and guests could be improved@especially when it comes to the next steps and moving on.
