Maybe we could start by making sure everywhere in the country has access to a fast internet connection? Before I moved house my max speed was 3Mbps down - and this was in a mid sized town.

@JamesIvings @poppacalypse @alexanderisorax Makes sense. The biggest expense for a boat here in the UK is the marina fees. I can see how living on it, having little/no marina fees and paying no rent can be a cheap way to live.
