The BNS has left a dangerous gap: sexual crimes against animals are no longer punishable. If the crime exists, why doesn't the punishment?
We need Section 377 restored NOW to protect the vulnerable. 🐾⚖️

Let's be brutally honest: India's 'stray dog problem' is a mirror reflecting our own moral and administrative failures. Not a lack of funds, but a staggering lack of will, intellect, and basic humanity. 💰
The claim that we 'can't afford' to humanely manage strays is an insult to our intelligence and our GDP.
- Total cost for sterilising & vaccinating 6 crore dogs: ~₹6000 crore over 3-4 years.
- Annual CSR spending in India: ₹34,000–₹35,000 crore.
We have *five times* the required annual budget sitting in CSR. If the PM simply directed this, the streets would be clear of strays in 6-12 months. This is not charity; it's smart governance.
The current 'debate' is a farce:
- Culling is not a cheaper option; it's a moral stain and an ineffective temporary measure.
- Feeding dogs in shelters for their lifespan? A financially suicidal proposal, 200x more expensive than sterilisation. It's a policy for perpetuating suffering, not solving a problem.
The solutions are laid bare:
- Fully fund and enforce ABC Rules. NOW.
- Mandate CSR funds specifically for animal welfare infrastructure.
- Ban commercial breeding and selling. Force adoption as the only pathway.
- Create secure, funded sanctuaries for genuinely aggressive, un-rehabilitatable cases.
When a society chooses mass culling over a demonstrably cheaper, more effective, and humane system, it signals a deeper pathology. It's not about animal control; it's about satisfying a visceral, perhaps 'demonic', urge for control and cruelty, masquerading as pragmatism.
We aren't too poor for solutions; we're often too barbaric to implement them.
India’s Supreme Court is pushing mass “removal” of street dogs—with no plan. With ~60M dogs, this is fantasy governance and a public-health risk. Removal breaks herd immunity, creates vacuums, and leads to more bites and rabies. CNVR works. Displacement doesn’t.

TRUTH ABOUT INFLATED DOG BITES DATA!
@indSupremeCourt : Stop believing media and start looking into actual data, individual cases, advice from experts and be objective!
WILL JUSTICE BE PROVIDED TO THE POOR AND VOICELESS, OR IS IT ONLY FOR THE RICH AND POWERFUL?

It’s rare to see someone from outside summarize our situation so clearly.
This lady hits the nail on the head regarding street dogs: it’s not about relocation, it’s about sterilization and vaccination.
Her point about the "vacuum effect" makes perfect sense, if you remove one dog, another (often more aggressive) one takes its place.
The only logical way forward is the humane ABC program. As the video says, our moral progress is judged by how we treat them.

RESPECT IS EARNED BY JUSTICE, NOT POSITION!
Respect for judges exists naturally only as long as they uphold the dignity of their office. When bias and moral decay such as ordering fees just to be heard as a party, refusing to hear one of the party, believing media & not data and refusing to hear one party, replace justice.. they are no longer seen as guardians of the Constitution.
@indSupremeCourt Judges: Remember that you are citizens accountable to the nation, not its masters!
#SaveIndianDogs @WHO@UN@UNHumanRights
I have seen a lot of people from other countries visiting India, showing a lot of love for our furry friends on the streets. When will the Supreme Court realise that this is the only issue in the country which can be totally solved through love and care? ❤️

Mother’s Milk Is Not Ours 👍
Even Shri Amitabh Bachchan ji has acknowledged a simple truth..
a mother’s milk in the dairy industry is meant for her baby, not for humans.
Milk does not come from machines.
It comes from a mother who is forcefully bred, separated from her child, and milked for profit.
Her baby is deprived of nourishment and love, while we are taught to see milk as “normal” and “essential”.
Motherhood is sacred; for every species.
Respecting mothers also means respecting the right of animal mothers to feed their own babies.
It’s time to question habits, traditions, and industries built on injustice.
Choose food that does not come from suffering.
Do or die, we are a nation of educated, rational, kind and compassionate citizens. We care for our voiceless beings. We respect their role and contribution on this planet. Live and let live #Coexistence#JusticeForIndianDogs#BeKindToAllKinds#BeKindToAllAnimals

It’s interesting (and a bit sobering) to hear a foreigner break down the Indian Supreme Court’s order on street dogs more clearly than many of our local authorities do.
The video makes a point we can't ignore: The SC has consistently advocated for a balance between human safety and animal welfare through the Animal Birth Control (ABC) Rules.
The logic is sound:
Mass relocation doesn't work (territorial vacuums).
Shelters are currently overcapacity and underfunded.
Community feeding and sterilization are the actual keys to reducing conflict.
If an observer from outside can see the logic in our laws, why can’t we?
Its time to move toward a more compassionate and legally compliant India. @PMOIndia@HMOIndia@rashtrapatibhvn@LiveLawIndia@barandbench@SCofIndia@RahulGandhi@RenukaCCongress
