@IDFCFIRSTBank Tall promises made to acquire account, but pathetic service. Merchant transaction money doesn’t come next day as promised, cheque clearing takes more than three days inspite of RBI directive of same day. The RM pleads helplessness blaming others.

Have constant service issues @KotakBankLtd . Don’t get simple answers for weeks. Wrong charges get debited, and nobody seems to be able to provide any explanation. @udaykotak please note.

@UberINSupport @Uber_Support @UberIndia Its 15 days, Uber isnt able to reach to their driver partner who has been hired to deliver a package from my home to office and has run away with it. They tell me to report to police if I consider it a crime. So pathetic support I get from Uber.

@Uber_India @Uber_Support pathetic experience with Uber connect. Driver ran away with package, didn’t answer calls and finally ended trip after 4 hrs at random location. Also, no way to report issue in app while the trip was delayed. Please refund and make him return our package.

@UberINSupport @Uber_India @Uber_Support For the loss of my package, I got a reply from Uber support chat washing their hands off from the misdeed of their driver partner saying they are independent contractor. Bringing this to notice of gen public to be aware of, before using their service.

@UberINSupport I was told that the delivery partner would return my package on 26 Mar between 4-5 pm. However he hasn’t. The package continues to remain elusive. Does Uber have no control over its partners? Urge to reimburse me my loss and compensate for the harassment gone through.
