@JioCare extremely annoyed with the customer experience for my service request. It's not getting resolved sunce Thurs, and im unable to escalate it via phone to someone who can actually help resolve it.
Had a not so lovely breakfast experience with @zomato today. My delivery executive, who was supposed to come straight from Matunga to SoBo, decided to take a scenic detour to Marine Drive and chill there for a good 30 minutes. By the time my food arrived, it was basically an iced latte in solid form.
And the support executive calling me โsirโ was the cherry on top. Truly annoying ๐
prediction: the o3 arc will go something like:
1. "oh damn it's smarter than me, this changes everything ahhhh"
<ten minutes pass>
2. "so what's for dinner, anyway?"
<ten minutes pass>
3. "can you believe how bad o3 is? and slow? they need to hurry up and ship o4."
@IRCTCofficial onboard hapa duranto 12267 and can smell some weird gas in A3. Not sure what's going on but can't breathe well. Travelling with aged parents @RailMinIndia
I hear you, it's not ideal but some mechanisms are there in order to prevent fraud etc. I agree it could be better but there's IMPS and NEFT through the banking apps to use in case you don't want to go physically. Other cases just use a credit card and transfer once beneficiary added
Once, a newly launched private ambulance charged my patient's family INR 26,000 to transport his dead body from Kochi to Cherthala.
His dead body.
The young daughter had only joined her new job, and had to, setting aside dignity, borrow INR 50,000 from her "new" colleagues to pay the bill.
The daughter and mother were the only ones in the ambulance with their dead father and husband.
After she spoke to me, distressed and in tears, because they did not have enough money for the burial, I notified the hospital about the ambulance service costs.
The driver promptly sent a Google Pay of INR 20,000 back to the daughter and pleaded with her not to formally complain. Actual charges were only INR 6000.
Almost all private services ultimately end up preying on the vulnerable.
I applaud this, but I am concerned too. Because india is shit hole without regulations and the oppressed remain oppressed.
