A day in the life of building Questo.

This morning, I woke up to 500 students playing @Questo in Amsterdam.

Later, I checked in on one of my favorite couples—they’ve just finished their 80th quest, this time in their 39th city: Munich.

In the afternoon, I got emotional watching a group of kids in Edmonton playing Kid Quest—a game I built together with my 5-year-old son.

And just before bed, I opened the app one last time… only to get goosebumps from a woman in Prague playing the Alchemy Quest and sharing a truly frightening photo she captured along the way.

Some days, Questo feels bigger than a game.

Woke up to a surprise today:
A 45-minute YouTube video from a couple who bought access to our Conspiracy Quest and played the whole thing on camera.

No sponsorship. No script. Just two people exploring the city, solving clues, and filming their entire date.
At one point, they said:
“This is a great, cheap dating idea.”
“We want to do more.”

12 hours later:
👉 15,000 views
👉 250+ comments
👉 And a whole bunch of new people discovering @Questo

It reminded me of something I posted a while ago:
If you build something great, people will come. And if you really nail it, they’ll help you grow.

This is why we obsess over the product.
Not because we want press.
Not because we’re chasing vanity metrics.
But because when the experience is good enough, it spreads on its own.
