LEGAL SYSTEM
A Federal Legal Framework where Federal Law takes precedence (Art. 49). It includes Civil Law (Section 10, Art. 135) and Criminal Law (Art. 136). The system provides General Procedural Guarantees (Art. 29) and specific protections for Judicial Proceedings (Art. 30).
