Fighting/Racing games are literally designed with controllers in mind, not MnK.
A wheel set-up is the best way to play racing games, which is a controller.
Controllers are better for sitting back and relaxing too

They're despawned after you move away, and after you complete the extra goals that are apart of it, they'll no longer spawn in, but will continue to spawn regularly until you've completed said goals.
