2015 ASOs — 10 years.
2018 SOs — 8 years; Many still waiting.
USs→DS — 12+ years.
Cadre Review — 8+ years pending.

We are not asking for the impsbl. We r asking for the overdue. Other cadre reviews reportedly conclude in less than a year on avg. CSS has waited 8+ years. If this is not differential treatment, what is?

8 years is a delay. 8 years w/o resolution is a failure of administration. CSS has waited long enough for its 4th Cadre Review. We ask for no privilege. We ask for the machinery of government to move.
