The members at the grassroots level have consistently stood united behind the demands and programmes given by the UFBU. All SBI employees are not the same.

After my Abba passed away, I had to complete the pension settlement and transfer the benefits to my Ammy. I went from office to office after my duty, but no one properly guided me.

Then an SBI employee noticed me, understood my situation, and patiently explained the entire procedure—step by step.

I simply followed her guidance and, within the required time, my Ammy received the pension.

Sometimes, one person’s kindness can make a difficult journey much easier. 🙏❤️

Today at 3.45 pm a walk-in customer came for Car Loan, I said you are pretty late for today's sanction and disbursal of loan, he said Sharadh will start so he has to Purchase Car today. I asked him to sit and after sanctioning the loan sent the amount to agency around 7 pm. My lady officer was also sitting without any complaint and went home after disbursing the loan. And people say Public Sector employees don't work. #5DaysBanking
