6 Crore Legal Cases are pending in Indian Courts, still Supreme Court & High Courts work in 5 Days Work week. But Govt never asked them to Work 6 Days week due to Critical & Essential Services!
Hypocrisy!!!
Talking about Appeal on Public Domain and issuing letters of filing FIR on Bank staffs. The Government of India has really learnt the game well from the Pre independence British Government, "Divide and Rule" and "2 Faced Government".

8.86 lakh employees in 2012-13.
7.58 lakh by March 2025.
Business past Rs 283 lakh crore.
Record profits, over a lakh fewer hands and still six day per week.
5 day banking is not a concession. It is arithmetic that caught up long ago

Dear @SEBI_India, just ban retail traders in F&O.
Stop using us as guinea pigs for your lab experiments. You are not protecting us, you are killing us by a thousand cuts.
End the slow torture.
SEBI Chairman is not above the law.
Under Section 6(e) of the SEBI Act, 1992, the Central Government shall remove a member if he has abused his position to the extent that his continuation is detrimental to public interest, after giving him a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
Section 5(2) also gives the Central Government the power to terminate the Chairman’s services before the expiry of his term with 3 months’ notice or salary in lieu.
If SEBI’s actions around CAS raise legitimate questions of selective enforcement, conflicts of interest or regulatory decisions benefiting particular market participants, there should be an independent investigation.
And if abuse of position is established:
REMOVE THE CHAIRMAN.
No regulator should be beyond accountability.
Suppose a trader is short SENSEX 75000 CE and not able to exit due to exchange glitch. If in CAS, SENSEX closes at 76000 who will bear the loss ? Are we trading the largest derivatives exchange or some fish market ?????

Has CAS made daily charts less reliable?
For years, traders relied on the daily close to confirm breakouts, support, and resistance.
With the Closing Auction Session (CAS), the final closing price can now be heavily influenced by auction orders.
I understand the objective better price discovery, more institutional participation, and alignment with global markets.
But when a stock respects technical levels all day and then prints a closing candle far away from where it traded, it raises an important question:
Does the closing price truly reflect the day's price action, or mostly the auction?
I'm not saying CAS is wrong. I'm asking whether the current implementation is making end of day analysis harder for traders.
What has your experience been with CAS so far?
