I think they had the last clear chance to avoid the accident and they were going crazy fast. I also assume that the Tesla would have avoided the truck if it were in auto pilot.

@matthewlee7 @ramit I would argue it's not the best time to sell, but potentially still a good time to sell. The best time to sell was when interest rates were still low and buyers were snatching up properties above list price within minutes of being listed even if it was an unstaged fixer upper.

How about China, they have way more people and far fewer children (if any) that are executed while in school. Why shouldn't we strive for that safety level?
