1. Anointed experts/professors in the elite academy have already intellectually surrendered because, despite their best efforts, they could not develop a comprehensive rational dynamic general equilibrium model of the real-world economy in which financial crises occur periodically.
2. @UniofOxford held a conference, a few years after 2008 financial catastrophe, seeking papers on such general equilibrium models.
3. I had submitted to this Oxford conference my dynamic general equilibrium model, mimeographed @federalreserve in 1991 and editorially revised later, on first-best “efficient policies” for resolution of systemic moral hazard or blackmailing of We the People (principals).
4. My paper was not accepted by this conference for the obvious reason that Oxford was explicitly seeking models to obtain general equilibrium policies antithetical to my first-best efficient rules (which beget first-best status for We the People, principals).
5. Actual US rules of governance -- which are antithetical to my first-best efficient equilibrium rules -- would obviously cause disequilibrium or instability as my general equilibrium model is the most comprehensive (ever developed) for the real-world. No one has challenged it so far.
