Nigerian government and Boko Haram strike secret ceasefire deal: they also paid $3.7 million in ransom fees to Boko Haram
Campaign season heinousness from the ONSA and Aso Rock.

We believe the best response to misleading statements from the Nigerian Presidency (@officialABAT) about @FBI and @DEAHQ records involving Nigerian President Bola #Tinubu’s alleged drug-trafficking past is transparency. We are therefore making public the first set of non-private FBI and DEA filings recently presented to the Court. These are the government’s own court documents. We encourage everyone to read them, download them, study them, and reach their own conclusions. See the link below.
For years, the #FBI and #DEA refused to confirm or deny the existence of criminal investigative records concerning President #Tinubu. That changed after the federal court ruled that @TheJusticeDept had already officially acknowledged that Tinubu was criminally investigated as part of an FBI and DEA investigation into #heroin trafficking and money laundering. The Court ordered the FBI and DEA to search for and process responsive, non-exempt records. The amount of criminal investigative material found by the FBI and DEA referencing Bola #Tinubu is staggering.
Remember, the documents we are sharing today are the most recent publicly available filings, not the vast number of documents the FBI and DEA deem highly sensitive and that President #Tinubu is seeking to prevent from being released. Those records have been submitted ex parte (in other words, for private viewing by the Court). Nevertheless, these recent public filings provide considerable detail about what the agencies found and what they are asking the Court to protect from disclosure.
Take note that in the documents, the FBI states that the responsive records given to the Court for private viewing were compiled in furtherance of its investigation of multiple individuals for drug-trafficking crimes, not a civil forfeiture case as claimed by President #Tinubu. The filings discuss hundreds of responsive pages and the exemptions the FBI and DEA contend protect portions of those records. Rather than rely on our interpretation or the Nigerian government’s misstatements, read the federal records yourself.

If you want to know how the Nigerian State (read: the Federal Government, Police, SSS etc) is complicit in Nigeria's insecurity, this news right here is your proof.
Sometimes last years, Lawyer Ahmad Abdulrahman shared the same facts Hassan has raised concerning the involvement of that Senator alleged to be funding terrorism.
What did the Nigerian State do? Did they open an investigation to unravel the truth? No. Instead investigate the allegations against the Senator, the Nigerian Police arrested Lawyer Ahmed Abdulrahman alongside four others and had them charged before the Federal High Court for cyber stalking the Senator. The grievious allegations against the Senator didn't matter a thing to the Nigerian government. Nigeria rather sought to punish a citizen who was being good Nigerian performing a civic duty of alerting the State to the possibility of commission of a crime.
It has been more than a week since the media is awash with stories of the senator's involvement in supporting terrorism. You have not as much as heard a whisper from the Nigerian State. Neither the Presidency nor the Senate nor the ruling APC have made a statement either stating their abhorrence to the enormity of allegations against the Senator or dissociating themselves from him.
I have read in the news that the Police PRO spoke to a journalist about it. His response was that, police cannot do anything about the allegations because there has not been a petition to that regards. Nigeria Police is waiting a formal complaint and petition to open investigation into a possible crime of treasonable felony! Ridiculous does not even begin to describe that response. Would the police wait for a formal petition to swing to action, were these allegations (backed by the kinds of public evidence Nigerians have seen) against just about anybody?
The continued silence of the government only just proves their complicity in this mess. It affirms the complicity of the Nigerian State as co-conspirators with these terrorists. It gives credence to why, year after year, the Nigerian government have tried to water down the severity of the crisis we face, when they call pure, brazen acts of terrorism "mere communal clashes driven by climate Change"
The Nigerian State is complicit!

Hassan is truly brilliant.
He once said: “A senator may become president one day, and if that happens, today’s bandit or terrorist could end up as Chief of Army Staff or hold a position in government.”
That is why he is so concerned about these issues.
To me, he represents the best of Nigeria. He loves peace, understands humanity, thinks ahead, and is fearless in speaking out. Intelligent, smart, determined, and a true go-getter.
Nigeria needs more people like Hassan.
A system that allows political enforcers to openly purchase votes with zero prosecution is an absolute mockery of democracy.
When a politician has nothing to sell but cash, you already know the product is bad.
Imagine supporting Tinubu from Canada. I could never blame you. There are pure bingos living in Ekiti who haven't had a proper meal in weeks listening to you "influencers" and making political choices off what nonsense you sell them. It's a shame their choices will affect me too.
The Former Governor of Kaduna Nasir-El-Rufai said in 2016 that the Birnin Gwari LG of kaduna has more gold than South Africa, not to talk of the gold deposits in zamfara state
The ijaws got nothing from northern gold neither from their oils but they keep focusing on igbos
We have a candidate who is contesting for president, my dear brother Makinde. Is he qualified to be president? Yes, he is qualified.
— Presidential candidate of the NDC, Peter Obi at the inauguration of the presidential campaign of the APM candidate, Seyi Makinde.
“Northern Nigeria Is The Problem Of Nigeria. Imagine a Sitting Senator Accommodating Terror!sts, Only For Our Cleric Leaders To Come Out And Defend That Senator. Is That What Islam Teaches Us? I Will Never Be a Part Of This Manipulation Our Scholars Are Doing In Northern Nigeria. I’m Tired Of What Is Happening In The North. When Will Our People Wise Up And Stop Being Fooled By Corrupt Our Leaders Who Use Religion To Manipulate Us?”. ~ Man Cries Out Over The Situation In Northern Nigeria.
Prof. Femi Otubanjo: Peter Obi doesn't have the power of oratory, that's why he speaks awfully.
Rufai: Does Tinubu have the power of oratory?
Prof. Femi Otubanjo: Oratory is not important
You can see how stupid APC supporters are, have you seen it?
How else can one be fake than a person with no known family background, no schoolmate, no date of birth, no primary or secondary school attended, name cannot be verified and is even battling to keep these unknown background secret with the FBI. Does the above describe Peter Obi or.........?
Never forget that they sent Bello Turji to make a video to defend Matawalle and clear him of these allegations. A terrorist acting as a spokesman in Nigeria.
If I were president and any nation possessed a dossier on me I would insist on its complete unredacted publication. Furthermore, I would waive any immunity I might have and always urge the FBI to release my dossier. If you have nothing to hide why should anyone fear their own document? President Tinubu has also previously protested the release of other documents.
