Late breaking from #ASCO26 Day 2 for Lymphoma- FrontMIND trial
👉 Tafa+ Len + RCHOP vs RCHOP in 1L DLBCL IPI 3-5
👉 HR for PFS 0.75
👉 2 yr median PFS 72% vs 65%
👉 overall rate G3/4 TEAEs comparable, but increased cytopenias; febrile neutropenia in Tafa/Len/RCHOP
⭐️Potential new SOC option for 1L DLBCL in high risk pts, regardless of COO.
My concerns : Difficult regimen with weekly Tafa and 10 days of Len; higher myelosuppression/VTE risk with Len; plus concern of CD19 loss and efficacy of 2L CAR 🚗

I’ve said it before. I’ll say it again.
Healthcare is extraordinarily expensive. The public gets health insurance, and pays premiums faithfully believing that when illness strikes, insurance will cover what their doctor prescribes.
Insurance denials and prior auth should not be used to delay, modify, or prevent legitimate care. That removes the vital safety net. Patients are already suffering and vulnerable from their serious illness. They don’t need the added anguish of whether they will go bankrupt due to medical bills.
