@DonDavisNC How would you feel if your son was racially profiled, arrested, held by ICE, and then strip searched?
Well you should probably think about that, considering you voted for a bill that allows that to happen @DonDavisNC
@RepDonDavis Why are you supporting a bill that lets ICE agents strip search children? ICE collaborators, especially ones that enable/cause harm to children, are not welcome in the state of North Carolina. You are a disgrace to this state and this country @RepDonDavis
🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally detained, assaulted, and arrested a TEENAGER… a U.S. citizen… inside a Target in Minneapolis.
Hours later, they dumped him out of their vehicle, leaving him bleeding, injured, and abandoned on the street.
In the video, he’s standing on the sidewalk as a man approaches to help him. He’s visibly hurt, shaken, and bleeding.
The fear and pain in this teenager’s voice is unmistakable.
Border Patrol had no warrant, no charges, and no legal justification to detain him.
Both Target employees Border Patrol arrested that day were U.S. citizens.
Both were released without charges, because they committed no crimes.
Agents did not have specific targets when they entered the store.
This was illegal racial profiling, followed by unlawful detention and assault, carried out by a federal agency with no authority to do what they did.
This is not a “mistake.” This is not “border enforcement.” This is a federal agency violating the Constitution, brutalizing American citizens, and then abandoning a bleeding teenager like trash.
If this can happen to a U.S. citizen in a Target, it can happen to anyone.
there is no use for this technology other than creating fake evidence for the police to use to justify locking up anyone they want. a recipe for the ultimate police state.
🚨 BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are now ramming civilian cars, forcing them through red lights, and driving away in Minneapolis.
In this video, you can see an agent who has their bumper right up against a car stopped at a red light… no emergency lights, no sirens.
The agent then accelerates and physically pushes the car through the intersection while the light is still red. The car turns. The agent turns. Then the agent just drives off.
That is not enforcement. That is reckless, dangerous, and illegal.
Federal agents do not have the legal authority to hit civilian vehicles, force them into traffic violations, or flee the scene. That’s vehicular assault. That’s abuse of power. And it puts everyone on the road at risk.
If local police did this, people would be calling it exactly what it is.
So why are federal agents being allowed to do it in plain sight?
BREAKING: A Charlotte man was stopped twice by ICE. The first group checked his ID and let him go. Minutes later, another set of agents rolled up, smashed his window, dragged him out, and assaulted him
He was a U.S. citizen…
North Carolina legislative leaders haven’t passed a budget.
Teachers are not getting paid what they deserved. Law enforcement is underfunded.
But they have found the time to introduce a rigged map for Donald Trump.
Disgraceful.
