Picture this. You. Alone. In a 5-star hotel. Crisp fresh sheets. The A/C is on 69. You just got out the shower. Your favorite movie is playing on cable. You just ordered room service. Your phone is across the room on the charger. It’s on silent & on DND. You left your laptop at home. You took a trip because you needed to reset, recharge, & just exist. Your thoughts are finally… quiet. You’re everywhere but nowhere at the same time. Every part of you needed this.
Do it. Book the trip.
Quiet doesn’t mean dead, folks. 😅 We closed our last hotel this spring, and many of you thought that was it. Well, you’re not getting rid of me that easy. In fact, more than 100,000 people visited https://t.co/llesuOCVTb in the last 28 days alone.
So, if we’re not dead… what are we doing? @RoomzaHotels has been quietly building an information layer built to tell the unflinching truth, down to the individual room level, for consumers and the AI agents that will book hotels for them in the future.
Where does this data come from, you ask? From guests, from all manner of scattered information online aggregated by AI, and… for the first time, from anonymized worker insights. This is my favorite part.
We’re focused on the people this industry has let down, and how the @SonderStays collapse went down has only strengthened our resolve to make this transparent truth happen for both sides of the front desk.
AI is coming for travel, and guests should at least get the the truth about their room. We’re going to make sure they do.
@ritteradam@markpinc@stevesi 💯 - the major hotel companies care about credit card partnerships and member spend, not creating positive consumer experiences.
This is their biggest weakness.
