- runners were at 27% lower risk of death than non-runners, during 5.5-35 year follow-ups
- large benefits found for running even just once a week or 50 min a week

Effects of Wedge Orthotics and Sex on Iliotibial Band Strain During Overground Running:
• No effect of orthotics on ITB strain/ strain rate
• Female runners show ⬆️ strain & strain rate compared to males
Orthotics may not positively effect ITBS. 🤔
