🚨 NATIONALISED BANKS: ₹170+ LAKH CRORE OF BUSINESS! 🏦📊
As of 30 September 2026, the numbers tell a powerful story:
🥇 Bank of Baroda — ₹32.64 Lakh Cr
🥈 PNB — ₹31.20 Lakh Cr
🥉 Canara Bank — ₹30.71 Lakh Cr
🔹 Union Bank — ₹24.75 Lakh Cr
🔹 Bank of India — ₹18.92 Lakh Cr
🔹 Indian Bank — ₹15.96 Lakh Cr
And this massive business is built every single day by bankers working under relentless targets, compliance pressure, staff shortages and increasing workload.
📌 Banks are not just balance sheets. Behind every ₹ crore stands a banker—and behind every banker stands a family.
If the banking system can grow at this scale, shouldn't the people running it get better working conditions too?

Why do bankers have to beg for a Bipartite Settlement every few years?
If bankers are public-sector employees serving the nation, why not bring their pay & service conditions under a transparent CPC-style framework?
No repeated negotiations. No dependence on retired intermediaries. No waiting for “settlements.”
Let the system decide what employees deserve—not closed-door bargaining.
It’s time to ask: Why not CPC for bankers?

The gap is alarming! In 1987, Bank PO & LIC AAO basic pay was equal (₹2,100).
Today, LIC Officers start at ₹88,635 while Bank Scale-I Officers get ₹48,480—an 82.8% pay disparity (+₹40,155)!
Key Demands for the Next Bipartite Settlement:
1️⃣ Parity First: Parity with LIC/RBI current scales before talking about further hikes.
2️⃣ Work-Life Balance: Implement 5-Day Banking immediately—no more delay!
3️⃣ Fair Environment: Stop harassment & end zero-accountability culture gaps.
Bankers drive the nation's economy—treat them with equal pay & respect!

FM says, “Banks should remain cool.” 😎
But Madam, please visit a few branches first!
Many don’t even have a proper toilet, AC or basic ambience.
RO/ZO/HO have Premises Departments — but who actually checks the ground reality? 🤔
Field staff have to handle everything — business, targets, recovery, compliance…
Basic facilities? Apparently, that’s also the field’s responsibility! 😂
First make the branches cool, Madam. Then ask bankers to remain cool. 😎
But actually what incentive warriors doing , just managing ie manipulating numbers ..😂😂
SHAME ON UFBU!
After asking bankers to prepare for a historic 3-day strike, UFBU has deferred the strike at the eleventh hour.
Thousands stood ready. Bankers sacrificed their Sunday. The movement was mobilised.
And now—THIS.
UFBU, YOU MADE THIS SUNDAY A BLACK SUNDAY FOR BANKERS.

🚨BREAKING : BJP Fraud EXPOSE 🔥🔥
🪷Private banks — minimum balance:
HDFC 2,500 | ICICI 5,000 | Axis 2,500 | Kotak 10,000
✋Public banks — PNB, SBI, Canara, BoB, BoI, Indian Bank:
Minimum balance = ZERO
But watch the game under Modi sarkar:
Pensions → sarkari banks
Election duty → sarkari bank staff
Jan Dhan accounts → sarkari banks
Adani–Ambani loans → sarkari banks
Staff cuts → sarkari banks
Hardest customers → sarkari banks
Private banks make their own rules…
RBI gets near-zero from their “game”…
and the ENTIRE load is dumped on public banks.
Charge the poor ₹500 for balance.
Hand billionaires credit from PSU balance sheets.
Not banking reform.
Privatise the profit. Socialise the burden 🗿🔥
Appeal to General Public,
We stood by you during COVID & even lost our colleagues.
The 28-30 Sep strike is not for your inconvenience, it is only to seek what the Gov already agreed.
Please support Bankers who served you selflessly.🙏

“How many PSU bank employees in India have committed suicide due to work pressure over the past 10 years?”
Copy it and paste it into ChatGPT or Gemini.
Many people are making fun of bankers and losing their minds over the fact that bankers are going on strike from 28 Sep to 30 Sep.
But what if I tell you that what the public sees bankers doing is only 5% of their actual work?
The remaining 95% is internal work, much of which is pushed down by higher management.
And higher management only cares about whether those 95% of tasks are completed. If you don't complete them, you have no idea what you are going to face.
On top of that, bankers also have to deal with some nonsense customer demands, like some who make 100 UPI transactions every day but can't breathe until their passbook is updated every single day, even in the era of digital banking.
I was probably the happiest guy when I joined IDBI Bank as a PO in 2014, because it was a PSU bank back then and I was joining as an officer.
But within the first 2-3 days, I got frustrated after seeing the reality from the inside.
It was a government job, but the work pressure was worse than IT companies.
One of my brothers works in California and another works in Bangalore, so I know the work cultures in different sectors.
So, before making fun of bankers or judging them for going on strike, try to understand what happens behind the scenes.
I repeat,
