@vodafoneUK just trying to arrange a replacement for a faulty router. Your tech support don't seem to listen 2.4ghz channel isn't working. Going round in circles. Poor experience poor customer support. Have been through the same fault finding process twice now.

@lowcarbGP I had this with my mother she was advised to snack on biscuits and crisps. I converted her to LCHF and @xandvt how to lose weight well low carb approach. She managed to half her HBA1C and reduce her meds. I'm now med free following this diet
