Idea… an AI handicap: Every employee gets a monthly AI allowance. Go over it and you pay the difference. Elite operators should be able to produce exceptional work with judgment, not unlimited slop tokens.

The learning loop Satya talks about is a big part of what the industry is using FDEs for. That’s why everyone has them now (and none of them do the full Palantir version of the job). The experts in the company need to teach the FDEs how a process is done and the FDEs create the right inputs for the agents.

You don't have a true learning loop, you have a new middle man human dependency.
