Consent by Allottees for amendment in Approved plan.
Many builders are threatening Home Buyers in #odisha to sign on a General Consent form, giving their consent to allow extra construction.
The builders are not allowing possession without agreeing to such illegal demands.
The provision in RERA (Section 14(2)(ii)) that does not allow any change in plan without the consent of 2/3 allottees has forced the builders to take such unethical steps.
Calling upon @OdishaRera to take suo-moto steps to protect the interest of Home buyers.
In this regard ORERA has come up with a notification as well as a consent form for the buyers. (Copy attached)
Before signing such consent form, buyers are advised to understand its implications, effect of any such extra construction on each buyers share in the Common areas and land.
If any buyer decides to sign, then
ensure that the proposed modification in the approved plan is clearly mentioned in the ORERA prescribed form.

For the @tslspringcity project
- No RERA registration
- Electricity given without OC
- Registered flat without OC/CC/RERA
- Recovery order pending with ADM
- Builder don't care ORERA orders

Anyone whose agreement for sale is not in consonance with the prescribed format, should bring it to the knowledge of the @OdishaRera Authorities.
Requesting @credaibbsr@CredaiOdisha to spread the message and encourage its members to comply.
I sincerely hope the effort #ORERA officials are putting to record the issues #homebuyers are facing and passing the orders in favor of #homebuyers who are cheated by builders will ensure that these orders are executed & not limit itself on paper

Around 6 weeks ago, I had a mild stroke out of the blue. Dad passing away, poor sleep, exhaustion, dehydration, and overworking out —any of these could be possible reasons.
I've gone from having a big droop in the face and not being able to read or write to having a slight droop but being able to read and write more. From being absent-minded to more present-minded. So, 3 to 6 months for full recovery.
I wondered why a person who's fit and takes care of himself could be affected. The doctor said you need to know when you need to shift the gears down a bit.
Slightly broken, but still getting my treadmill count. 🙂

The hearing was over and the case was kept for orders few weeks ago. Still the order is not out.
Such delays creates doubts and the Home Buyers loose trust on ORERA.

please bring the Rules strictly following Odisha Apartment (Ownership and Management) Act, 2023.
Please do not create a situation like the earlier Rules of 2021, which was challenged in the High Court.
