Iowa’s power isn’t in the Capitol. It’s in connected law firms and donor networks subverting the Iowa House and local governments. The people’s will gets overridden. Time to name names and restore accountability. Thread.🧵👇
. @fortnow - I think @AnthropicAI is wrong. We are more Kolmogorov Complexity bound than we think as we hit deep compression costs and RAM limits. You should write a paper on this.
@maietta@LundukeJournal I'm split brained. Totally cool with vibe slop for testing coverage. When I write the patch I want to be in the editor with the pain of understanding all the implications.
@LundukeJournal@lemire The bug itself was found in WebKit via @leanprover specs of POSIX/RFCs. Safari had a secondary remediation but differential testing showed Firefox had the same bug unpatched.
@LundukeJournal@lemire I will post when it is patched. I ended up using uv, Python, browser automation libraries, some /etc/hosts DNS ... good tutorial on how to do end to end web client testing.
The past few days I have been working on major browser bug bounties. I had to set up custom DNS, test servers on ports that didn't conflict, sane timeouts for test servers ... I am also the BOFH sysadmin.
I'm the tech lead. I delegate to my agent with /goal and /steer. Meanwhile I break roadblocks for it like installing packages or merging commits. When it gets stuck or needs a POC I dip into the editor several times a day.
People using non-IDE text editors were once considered elite programmers, but now if you don't delegate everything to an agentic IDE, you are considered the idiot. 🤷♀️
@bgalsWI@TPAction For @ZachLahn sake I suggest backing off on any big spend in Iowa. TP messaging got sideways with @RepThomasMassie etc the past few months. Hinson/Nunn are neocons that will fall on their own sword. Best doing @DataRepublican style research to combat @LauraRBelin spin.
my internal data shows that opus hasn’t gotten any better since 4.6, it’s just gotten slower and the harness has gotten worse since you took out thinking token streaming
Republicans are passing a temporary rule change that will force us to vote on legislation the same day it’s introduced.
This shell game allows the Senate to jam the House with a spending bill that’s not even settled.
I support border security, but not this bastardized process.
